Every Sunday, September through May, other than the last Sunday of the
month
10 AM, during the church service, children return after announcements
Where:
Second floor of The Episcopal House, next to the church
Children and Youth Sunday
The last Sunday of each month, the children remain in church. Many participate
as acolytes, ushers, lectors, or altar guild helpers. Parishioners take
turns presenting a children’s sermon.
Youth Outreach
The children collect items for local food bank, Veteran’s Home,
Humane Society, and Samaritan’s Purse Shoeboxes. The older children
also serve at parish dinners, and have hosted a spaghetti dinner.
Halloween Party
An annual costume party for all ages with games for the elementary age
children, fun and refreshments. The party is open to all, and is held
on Huntingdon's "Trick or Treat" night.
Christmas Pageant
A Christmas Pageant is presented annually by all Sunday School classes
on the Sunday preceding Christmas.
